Excellent experience working with James Ramos at TofM to get the car with all the features we were looking for. James knew the inventory and found the perfect car. We worked on a deal and he really listened to us the entire time and when we asked questions he got the answers. He never pressured us into a deal and we never felt uncomfortable or confused.
