there service is horrible. took my vehicle there for servicing for years .. took it in September 2019 for oil change. they never tightened the plug and I was running on no oil.. car is knocking now...

Laura Prodell in service went above and beyond in helping me with a difficult situation. She, her managers, and the rental car people at this dealership, in addition to corporate Toyota, all pitched in to help me out. These days that kind of service is all but impossible to find. Laura was always courteous and professional, and she clearly cared about both doing the right thing and following through.
