Last week I had an incident with my Avalon. The left rear tire and wheel came off and rolled into a draining ditch. Meanwhile I drove the car into a parking lot to survey the damage. Some bolts from the wheel hub sheared off and the bumper cover was damaged. I asked Jack’s Towing to take it to Toyota of Melbourne. The next morning is when the magic of Toyota of Melbourne began. Been trying to work a deal on a couple different vehicles and would only hear from the dealer every few days. I texted the sales person after she called me because I thought she saw me in the parking lot. I was the only customer there because it was pouring down raining. I asked her about the deal and was told about how busy they were. The sales lady said she would get back to me and I pulled out of the parking lot for the hour drive back home. We came in to service my car and ended up leaving in a new car for my wife. Such a pleasure doing business with the professionals at Toyota of Melbourne. My sales rep Ben Murray bent over backwards - and I'm pretty sure he twisted into a pretzel at one point - to make sure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted and that the terms worked for me.
