Was very pleased with the way I was taken care of. I had Carlos Andujar who was both knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with.
All people I dealt with were friendly and professional. Emerson Aguilera was my sales rep and he listened to what I was looking for and provided the best available options and I ended up buying a car. He was polite and knowledgeable and overall it was a pleasant experience at Toyota of Massapequa.
The building is clean, the employees are both friendly and pleasant and helpful in every way.

We had worst experience with this dealership. First of all they trying to give you all kind of warranties and insurances to make your payment as high as they can!Then if you sign it without "clear explanation" and will change ur mind VERY NEXT DAY say goodbye to your money because cancellation and refund is most torturing process! Still chasing mine! WAITING CALL FROM our financial person Juan. They don't even pick up phone when they see my number. Guess I gotta go to the office.
