I had the pleasure to work with Juan De Leon. He walked me through the process, I’m very pleased with his service
We had an amazing experience at this dealership. Our agent Carlos provided such excellent service. We traveled for almost 2 hours to get there, but it was all worth it. Everyone at the dealership was kind and friendly. If we decide to purchase another Toyota in the future, we will return to Toyota of Massapequa.
Jose delivered us exceptional service. Stuck with us throughout the entire process. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
The sales team and management were awesome. The finance dept was not very open and was a struggle to get the financing done.
Very good service, trained staff a very pleasant office environment the best service recommend Toyota
Very professional and knowledgeable of the job. Patient very nice person to deal with. Will recommend him highly when someone wants to purchase a car.
We had a great experience working with Colby at Toyota of Massapequa on the purchase of a new 2023 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro. Working with Colby to aquire the truck over the past several months was a very pleasant experience. I can't wait to work with Colby again in the near future. Hopefully to purchase a 2023 or 2024 Toyota Sequoia. I plan on stopping in during my service visits to say hello to him.
The overall process was seamless. They had the exact car I wanted. The salesman Colby was very knowledgeable and not too aggressive. I would recommend this dealership to all friends and family.
Great test drive and the salesman Colby was very knowledgeable on their vehicles. Very helpful.
