From having a horrible experience in the parts and service dept. We decided to look into a newer truck. We meet the manager Hassan and he pointed us to Jose. Jose knew exactly what happens and asked what we wanted. He was honest to the point and worked with us. Way to turn a bad experience to a great one even if we had to come back a couple times. Carlos, was friendly, professional andhe worked with me on my financing goals and patient when I needed to get him some information. He made the whole experience enjoyable and this is from someone that hates to go to dealerships, (leased my last 3 cars online/phone) so that says alot for Carlos and team.
