I scheduled an appointment to look at a CH-R as I was wanting to trade in my RAV4 on March 17th. The sales associate, texted me that day asking if I could come in earlier to look at the car as his appointment canceled before mine. Which was not a problem. I also received a call from Greg, confirming my appointment to look at the CH-R. I told him I was still coming. When I purchase my next Toyota I definitely will not be going to Toyota of Greensburg! The service department is horrendous to deal with and no one does what they say will do. The sales people do not communicate with the service department and nobody ever knows what is going on. So frustrated with the whole dealership! I guess Spitzer Toyota will be getting my business next year!
Very good experience buying my Tacoma last week. My salesman (Michael Tell) couldn't have been any better. He was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle and his knowledge of mechanics and how things work made for very good conversation. Very happy with the entire process. I'll be back to purchase my next vehicle without a doubt.
My mother in law purchased her vehicle on 11/20/17. The finance manager was asked if there were any Black Friday specials since she was picking up her vehicle on Black Friday. He told us no there weren't. When we went in that day to pick up her car, we found out that they were offering a $500 gift card. When asked to speak to the manager, he would not even come out to speak to us. Today (Saturday) at 3:45pm I could not get my 2017 Rav4 Hybrid's back hatch door to close. I called Toyota Service an spoke with Devon who offered to stay until I got there to see if he could help (closing is 4pm on Saturday). My husband and I drove there and Devon met us and tried to get the door to close. There was one service technician (Travis) still there and he was able to remove the part that was preventing the hatch from closing.
