I called this morning and asked Stephan if the truck was available. He said it was, however, had to be in service so wouldn't be available until tomorrow evening. I asked that he called me whenever it was ready because I was interested. I decided to call back and tell him I would like my car appraised and get a jump on the process and put down a deposit until it was ready for pickup. However, I ended up talking to Joe S. I had a very good experience tonight with purchasing my car! Paul was super helpful through it all! Very good deal on my new Highlander! Everything went smooth from test driving, financing, and even staying near my budget while also leaving with a warranty and gap coverage! Will definitely be back for our future car shopping!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Very friendly and accommodating. Took my 2018 Tacoma in for 20,000 mile service and while there asked them to check my mirror that I buggered up myself. My vehicle was promptly returned from service and my mirror fixed free of charge. While I purchased my vehicle from Cochran they can’t hold a candle to Toyota of Greensbug! Thanks everyone!
