If I could give toyota of greensburg less than 1 star I would, I have never in all my car buying experience ever dealt with a deceiving manipulative dealership. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Worst experience I have ever had in my life. Run!!!!!
I was told I would get a better deal at other local dealers. Didn't happen and wasted my time looking elsewhere. Easy to deal with, fair and respectful. Highly recommended.
Made a deal with the sales lady over texting the past two weeks she said the truck would be in today was all ready to go get it and got a call saying it was sold to someone else so went to colonial in Indiana and got one and got a much better deal
This is absolutely the worst service operation that I have ever used. I currently own 3 Toyotas and will never buy of this dealership or use their service department again. Use them at your own risk.
Got some bad service, this cabin filter just past the test as good. We had our Sienna in yesterday. Glad I checked it today. I'm loosing my trust in this service department, fast. Shame on you, no way this is what 5 star service is suppose to be.
