Today 6/18/22 I ******************************* went for the second time and I got approved for a *** loan... everything was going great. One of the manager that signs contracts. Ask me to follow him to the office to sign my car loan . Which I did and he explained very thoroughly the contract and terms after signing he took my debit card and charged $1000 down payment...after he gave my card and receipt. And told me we all done. I have never seen a dealership work so hard to blatantly waste a customers time.On Monday, October 18th, I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle they said was in stock. I asked if I should fill out a credit form online so that the car buying experience would go by as smoothly as possible. They said yes. These crooks just offered me $30,500 for my car, Vandergrift just offered me $6,000 more, like I stated earlier, these guys are out to screw you, if you don't believe this, take your car here, then Vandergrift, you'll see the difference!!!!!
My husband and I went to this dealership looking for a car. At first the guy that helped us was nice and all that. Then when we told him that we would think about the car on if we would get it or not he told us “ well I need to know now if you’re going to want it if not so my coworker can sell it” at this point I think we should’ve said okay that’s fine.
