Frauds and liars. I was in 2 weeks ago in the market for a vehicle. Had a credit inquiry ran that I authorized. I get a phone call today from a salesman claiming he could magically get me the car I wanted. I told him over and over and over I did not want any additional inquires done. I wanted nothing more on my credit from them. He said oh no we won't run anything on your credit. He lied. An hour later he ran an unauthorized hard inquiry that I specifically stated I did not want. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
My husband and I wanted a Prius and Scott Wilson made it happen. He helped us find our perfect Prius, with the features we wanted and the price that made it possible. I have used Toyota Dothan since my first Purchase of an Avalon in 1996. We still have this car in the family. In 1999 we purchased our first 4 runner and in 2001 another. In 2007 we bought my treasured Land Cruiser, still driving it daily. In 2016 we bought another 4 runner. All of these vehicles were serviced through your service department. NEVER have I been unhappy! Danny, Cameron, Doug and Jason are the BEST in my opinion. They all call Me by name and make me feel welcome at each visit, whether scheduled or just dropped ... read more
The staff was very friendly and accommodating...Our salesman was Scott Byrd...I had called him and told him what we were looking for and he was quick to say I have one on the lot. Come let me show you...We were met when we pulled up and taken straight to it...The whole staff worked to get it to where we wanted...when we call back to tell Scott that we would take it...He had most of the paperwork and the vehicle ready... Highly recommend Scott and the staff...
I want to say a big thank you to Scott Wilson for selling my daddy, Sammy Austin a 2015 Toyota Venza. My daddy passed away recently and he came to my daddy celebration service!! I’m impressed!! And yes I will be buying my next car here!!
