I bought my car in 2010 and have always had my car serviced at Toyota if Dothan. Last Friday I took it once again for an oil change and as ALWAYS I received superior service! Jason Tolbert is #1 and I am sooooooo glad he’s back!!!!!
I went in Saturday to look at a 4Runner (my dream vehicle)! Caleb met us on the lot and took great care of us. He even helped chase my 2 year old around some (which she thought was hilarious) and got her some things to play with to keep her entertained during the paperwork portion of the buying process!! I loved being able to go online, choose the vehicle I was interested in, I placed a call to Donna Keith and received a call from her within 15 minutes and scheduled to come in for a test drive. This entire process was wonderful! I highly recommend Donna to anyone in the market for a new or used car purchase. She's the best and she will go the extra mile to help you! And, it doesn't hurt that she has been a special friend of mine for years.

Lucky to meet Donna Keith on our visit to Toyota of Dothan today. Mr. Shope doesn’t purchase a truck but once very 15 years, so all the stars must be aligned to make it happen. Donna lined everything up and did it painlessly. Go see her. She’s great!
Caleb and the management here hooked me up with a Tacoma and kept my payment right where I wanted/needed it. Caleb even gave me 10 bucks (for lunch LoL) of his own money for my first payment! Even the service/maintenance bay is top notch and always helpful and got me in at last minute on a Friday to do and oil change and rotate the tires. I didn’t even have to pay for it! It comes with the truck!
