The service department is a joke! I took my friends vehicle in for an oil change & tire rotation today when I was advised that the battery was bad. I wasn’t expecting this as I’ve had no problems or indications of a bad battery therefore I wasn’t prepared to dish out $150 to have it replaced. I decided to go to Walmart for a second opinion which confirmed the battery did indeed need to be replaced.
