Looked online, spoke with Caleb Long on phone to agree on price, then brought my friend 100+ miles to purchase her 2020 Avalon Limited Hybrid...which she LOVES! Caleb had everything ready upon our arrival, including car wash and tank of gasoline. Shortest time at a dealership ever, only about 2 hours to entirely complete the purchase - even including very extensive training session for Kathy on the new features. Price was very competitive and very efficient, 5-Star service. Thanks so much for going above-and-beyond.
Caleb was very attentive to our customer wants. He took time to explain the vehicle, its options and features versus focusing on just the sale.
