I've been with Toyota of Dartmouth for at least 18 yrs!! They've been there through 2 car accidents - 1 totaled and recently a repair. They've gone above and beyond! A1 customer care/service. I'm a US Army Veteran and can honestly say they run that business as efficiently as the awesome military organizations I've served with. They know my name, provide prompt feedback and are accountable for all services they provide. Their actions speak louder than words. I highly recommend them to friends and family!
Worse costumer service, first time in my life at 52 I actually yelled in a place of business. Don't ever speak down to a woman and not expect to get a lash back!
Worst customer service ever! Went in twice to look into leasing a highlander, both times the salesmen couldn't have been more unhelpful and useless. Just went there to return a lease and was handed a bill and told they wouldn't let me return the car because there was a balance on the account. The balance was a 350 "acquisition fee" because I didn't lease another Toyota. Of course I immediately contacted Toyota and was told that Toyota of Dartmouth should have taken the car back with no problems and that the fee isn't billed ... read more
The most annoying people, I will be in the market for a car when I graduate in May so I went on the website to price out cars and see what I would get for trading in my current vehicle. They have not stopped calling and emailing even after I have made it perfectly clear that I do not wish to be contacted .... the woman's name is Hannah and I will never. It from them especially not her
They were willing to stay late to help me when I was in serious need of a car
I cannot say enough good stuff about Toyota of Dartmouth. From the start they have been so helpful and professional and low-pressure. They found me a great car with everything I need that fits my budget. They really made this process SO much easier than it was when I dealt with Nissan. Dave was absolutely awesome!
One of the worst dealerships. I bought a corolla last year and wanted to trade it in for a used Tacoma....USED! The dealership didn't go down on the price when discussing numbers; so when I asked about wiggle room, I was pretty much told to have a nice day. After I left, I called and spoke with one of the sales managers and he basically explained it is what it is. Overall, this dealership has no issue losing sales and doesn't provide a great customer experience
