I just went to pick up my parts which were ordered over the phone. Come to find out the parts were nearly double that of all other Toyota dealerships. I didn't know of the price difference until I saw the charge on my account. I was told that since they didn't have an online ordering system that the prices were just higher than other Toyota Parts... for the same parts (totally makes sense right)... better yet they ordered the wrong part for my vehicle! I am expecting a refund and will do my business with the other dealership... read more
Service is rude and misleading .
The last three times I ve been there has been a miscommunication issue. I only speak English so I don’t know how things are so messed up over there. Why would they think it’s ok to have a 3 year old spare tire on with 3 new ones? And the fourth is sitting where the spare should be (under the truck)? Make sure u speak slowly, clear and loud. Say it from your chest. But hey they will prob mess up again anyway. Good luck Dartmouth Toyota, Monday will be my last visit before I switch to Swansea.
