Your website is horrible..no prices ...really difficult . Shame on you!!!! You put a way to check payments but the prices are all wrong. Not very smart. You should use your website to generate sales and excitment. Bring people in.
Excellent car dealership. Bought a 2015 certified pre-owned Highlander and the salesperson (Matthew Tillson) was both extremely helpful forthright. The financing process (Marquita Baker) was quick and painless as well. Based on my experience I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or certified pre-owned Toyota.
I hope corporate headquarters looked at these reviews. What a shameful manner to run a business. Wasting people's time, lying on the phone, being aggressive towards customers. Everyone will know about the behavior of Wayne and Sherry. What a way to drive off an entire family from a brand.
Had our AC system recharged and paid $220 late last Summer. (7/18/17) used it for 6 weeks. (Then it was Fall and not used) now on the first hot day - turned it on and it does not work. Just called to see if they would fix the AC and was told - can’t help. Was told “how do we know you didn’t use it all winter?” Perhaps because it’s AIR CONDITIONING?! For a car that is used only very locally - if you’d like you can check the mileage since the service happened
Chris Burke was very professional, polite, low pressure, and knowledgeable. He explained the process patiently. I am impressed with my 2018 Rav4 Adventure. They didn't have the vehicle I wanted on the lot. They located it. I had a few bad experiences with other Dealerships. These experiences were a deterrent. Although, I've had the vehicle a short time, It is much better than the 2011 model I traded. Thank you Toyota of Dartmouth. Thank you very much Chris Burke. You have made the process very positive!
The people working there are very nice. I asked them replace a blown signal bulb but, had to go back the next day for the same issue. Seems the bulb was not properly installed. My next trip I went to have a fuse swapped for my running light being out they insisted I needed a full electrical diagnostics costing $129.00... After waiting 2.5 hours they told me I was right and it was only a fuse and charged me $75.00. Not even 2 miles from the shop my engine light came on... Not going back to this location.
I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD from them. Lisa from sales was awesome an so was everyone else. I could not begin to thank them enough if your in the market for a new or used Toyota give them a shout you won't be disappointed �����
