My wife had a traffic accident and totaled the car ! So I went to Corvallis Toyota and met a salesman named Jerry Hughes. We looked at many cars and drove several ! Finally l found a car that had all the options that we wanted in it. Jerry went the hole 9 yds to make sure we had the right choice !
Not experienced at all when dealing with out of state customers., the title person is terrible it shouldn't take 2 months to register a car. Had to pay out of pocket to register my own because this dealership doesn't know how to do their job. Then when I asked to be compensated for what I had to pay because they failed to do their job I was basically told that’s my problem by my salesman. We found the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Johnny Walker was pleasant to work with. He did not apply the usual high-pressure tactics one often encounters in the car sales business. He listened to our ideas, gave sound advice, and in the end, sold us a car. He even made two trips to the coast, first to deliver the car, and then to bring back a corrected contract for our signature. Great place to buy a car. Worked with Sam Callahan to purchase a new Highlander. Sam was a no pressure, very pleasant guy to work with. He was very patient to answer all of my many questions. Had read his reviews online, and made the call. He is your go to sales guy at this dealership. I received a great deal. I also worked with Laura Reed on the paperwork, and she was very helpful too. No pressure at all.
