We were pretty sure of what we wanted going in but he didn't pounce, just led us through the process and made sure we knew our options. Matt did a great job of showing me all the options and explaining the costs and other features. He was patient (and I am not). I am now just getting used to all the features of the RAV 4 and I will be visiting Matt again to see if he can explain more of the features. We came all the way from Everett Washington to find the car we were looking for. Made the deal with Kirk Murphy, whom made the whole experience so easy and quick! The facility is a beutiful NET 0 self containing zero emissions building, making us feels even better about supporting and doing business with a business who cars about the environment. First purchase with the new owner as we've done business with John and Phil's for decades. Bought a 2017 4 RNR Limited. Salesperson Jasmine was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Vehicle ready as promised and all questions were answered. Jasmine helped me connect my phone to the audio system, I'll figure out the rest myself. Also appreciated the assistance from Scott who we've worked with on previous purchases. People in all departments helpful and friendly. Felt like we were valued as customers. No pressure.
I was so impressed by the extra care, diligence, and thoughtfulness of their service department. My family and I were in a tough spot with our car and Trudy and Co. really went the extra mile. I don't usually get such personalized, caring service from service departments or car dealerships.
