The service at Cool Springs Toyota is wonderful. They were fast and extremely helpful. Jon, in particular, went out of his way to answer my questions. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced there.
Initially it wasn’t great service but Roger from the service team did everything he could to make it right, and ultimately meeting my expectations.
Very friendly, and service was done promptly. Took off 1 star, because they didn't hear the noise it makes when stopped hard. I heard it again after I left the dealership.
Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. They got me in and out in under the estimated time. This is our third experience with Cool Springs Collision Center, and they have all been positive.
