Can u believe Toyota corporation. After buying multiple cars from them they treat us like crap and refuse to replace a damaged frame when they knew it was bad to begin with. Nice customer service. I hope Toyota of Colchester steps up and does right by "their family" motto.
There is big communication issue at this company. I purchased my car, paid the dealer fee and was promised to get all required documents in timely manner. I did not receive my car documentation so far, as it was promised. I called many times to get status and got promises to get a call back with the updates. Call back is not happening, I get ignored and I was put in the situation to drive my car without legal papers and get a ticket. It is very frustrating experience. It should never happen to any client.
Purchased 2 cars from Toyota of Colchester and I used to have my service done with them through my Toyota Care, however after my last service appointment my car was returned damaged. When speaking with Sonny he never asked to see pictures just told me his service man would report damage if it had happened so it must not have happened with them, and how he could understand my frustration, that his wife was going through the same thing.
