So I’ve been to this dealership twice for oil changes since buying a 2013 fj cruiser in the spring of 2017. I figured let’s get service done at a dealership right but boy was I wrong...! today I realized I don’t think they have EVER changed my oil filter due to the fact it was nearly impossible to get the skid plate off and even worse once that came off the oil filter housing was chiseled up so bad it had to be replaced. I’m DISGUSTED by their lack of service. I’ll never let them touch my truck again.

I had some work done on my Tacoma, they were VERY accommodating, they didn't pressure me into doing work that my truck didn't need and guided me through the entire process. I am very pleased with the work they did on my truck, and will definitely be using them again in the future!
