I had frame recall done there and had my aftermarket performance suspension components switched out with used parts from another vehicle. Also purchased a Toyota trailer hitch to be installed. A cheap lighter class hitch was installed. Company denied this and made no attempt to correct the situation. I was told that I must have switched them out myself. Then told that Toyota didn’t make a hitch for my year tundra. A quick call to another dealership proved that to not be accurate.
