I was in a hurry to get my oil changed, as I had let it go a bit too long. Toyota of Cedar Park got me scheduled right away, I got valet service when I arrived and when I left. I even got this very cool service technician walk around video where I could see everything the technician checked and hear his recommendations!! I recently purchased a ********************** Highlander Platinum from ********************** earlier this year. During a crazy windy storm event a few weeks back, a plastic panel cover below the neck of the driver side rear view mirror blew off. I was sitting still in a gas station with everyone else waiting out the storm when I saw it happen, but the part was gone without a trace before I could even react. I wanted to trade in my car with them. I was very open and honest about everything. They said no problem or at least Carlos said. He said this is what they can offer. I have it on email. Next day off we can't do that. They should have done their full research before making an offer. It's like they are doing yo yo scams here
