Apparently, they completely lost interest in me after the car was sold. I got 3 emails the first day, but before I had a chance to drive down to check it out, they didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email when I asked which of the 3 should I see. In past similar situations, I would receive word that car was not available but "they had others similar", or "would let me know if anything similar came in." Crickets. I can't imagine what their service after the sale would be like. They are off my list, that's for sure.

I drove from Buffalo to see and test drive the Toyota Avalon. The salesman was very nice. He did not pressure me to make a sale, and was knowledgible about the car. I would have brought the vehicle if it had been another color. I give a 4 star only for my interaction. I cant speak for overall dealership.
Toyota of Batavia has a get staff. They are not pressure sales people. What is promised is backed up in word, deed and documentation. I highly recommend this dealership.
