I found a CPO Corolla on Tracy Toyota website and was told by a sales person it was available and who asked if I wanted to set up appointment to see the vehicle which I did for the next day. I drove over an hour to see the vehicle and was told when I arrived that vehicle had been sold. No one from Tracy Toyota bothered to contact me to let me know the car I had appointment to see had been sold. IThey had no other CPO vehicle available. Was contacted by the Dealer/Through CG about an hour of my first inquiry after that it was the Best Salesman and process! If I asked him a question he had an answer or if he didn’t he found out. A lot of the preliminary paperwork work was taken care of via email and text they made us a good trade price. Luciano is the guy to contact
