I was contacted by Steve Schaefer. He answered all my questions on line. I then went to meet him and see the car. Steve did not pressure me at all. He explained in detail everything about the car. I decided to buy it. I bought a lot of cars in the past and have never encountered a salesman like Steve. He goes above and beyond in customer service. He explained every feature the car had very thoroughly and made sure I understood everything. He took his time with me. I highly recommend Toyota of Batavia and Steve Schaefer.

I just asked a question. Now I'm reading my 8th email from this sales person. It would be nice if he wasn't so pushing. Being that pushy doesn't make me want to purchase, it makes me Not want to buy anything.
