My experience with Toyota of Knoxville is so recent I am still waiting for the license plate. Do not be deceived by their customer friendly facade. Once you sign and drive off the parking lot, their demeanor changes. Finance Austin, Sales Andy and Sales Manager Riley guaranteed us our bumper-to-bumper contract would cover our vehicle for 100,000 miles. Today they refused to repair the AM/FM radio. I went to Toyota of Knoxville with a list of my wants and "must" haves. Roger Phillips listened carefully and only showed me what I had requested. He was patient and not pushy at all. I left, came back a week later with my husband and look at two more vehicles. He text me during the week with another one.
