I was over do for service, and could never make it in before mechanics would leave for the day, but, Scott Miller made it simple by scheduling an appointment and keeping in contact with the status of my vehicle. Hats off to Scott!

I did an oil change for my 4Runner and it took them about 2 hours to complete the service the advisor come to me said they spilled an oil while they filling it up and they clean it. I’m looking at the car and the oil every where plus the oil in my driveway now. Please don’t spend your time there.
Before a couple days ago I would’ve recommended Toyota Service in a second. Ive always gotten my car checkups here and nothing has been wrong. Two days ago my car actually had something wrong, the heater stopped working so I took it in to be looked at. I got a call no more than 20 minutes later to come back because they “fixed it”. I came back to a mechanic telling me that I don’t know how to operate my heater (after owning my car for TWO YEARS) and theres most likely nothing they can do.
