The service department is amazing! We are on our third generation of Toyotas (all of which have been serviced here) and had a mechanical issue that was out of warranty. David recommended that we contact Toyota but they were of limited help. He was then able to advocate on our behalf with Toyota so that we were able to afford the repairs.
