Toyota Certified of Santee provide great customer service and do what they say they’re going to do! They don’t look for and find something that you don’t need, or is already working fine! Took my truck to Toyota of El Cajon once, they said they found something outside of the service being done...got charged extra for it and the next service I switched to Toyota Santee...have never had anymore problems!!!

I have been a loyal Toyota owner for some years now and have had my car serviced throughout the county and Santee is hands down best service I have received. Recently took my car I and was late due to the rain and traffic and they took my car right in no questions asked and even fixed my glove box that came off track. Scottie in Santee was very easy to work with and polite. I worked from my laptop in the waiting area with free wifi and they even had donuts out for customers.
