Take your Toyota elsewhere for service. They did not keep their commitments to repair my car completely for the agreed upon price. Since they have serviced my vehicle, my car now runs very loud and my fog lights have stopped working. I am absolutely furious with their poor service department. I will be reaching out to the manager to inform him of the horrendous service I received. I want my money back.
Went in to make a trade on 12/28. We couldn't come to terms. I left feeling ok. Received no less than 15 calls from Gena who said we want to make the deal come back. Gena made an appointment to see Jacob when I arrived today I never saw Jacob. In fact the original salesman Vance said why are you back I said Gena said you wanted to do a deal. Purchased my 2015 4runner, Adam and finance department were excellent. I have not used the service dept in several years but look forward to a good experience if they are as good as the sales and finance department!
Very disappointed in my visit at Panama City Toyota was looking to purchase a scion fr-s they did not have one in and we're supposed to call me when they had one so I can test drive it and haven't gotten a call back and after I told them I wasn't purchasing today they handed me a card and told me I have a good day. Will not return or recommend.
I like the way they doing, there is no one has doing perfect job on this earth but I am very satisfied with this dealership and specially Salesman Ken Julian he don't talk too much like others but he does the good job for the customer like me, cause in September I purchased new 2015 RAV4 limited and after a week Ken called me and ask my vehicle.
