Offended at the least. I'm hearing impaired which was brought to their attention and taken advantage of due to my disability. When I questioned them of documents I was signing I was accused of being the most difficult person/people he has dealt with in his 10 years there. Had I heard this insult plus a couple others I would have walked out the door so fast. Would never do or recommend doing business with them. A total nightmare to say the least. I didn't leave as a happy customer.

VERY disappointed with the service department. They are the only people who have serviced my 2016 Tundra. So when I'm investigating why the plastic shield under my front bumper is loose, I discover the 3 bolts that attach it to the skid plate are missing. Further investigating revealed 1 of the 5 bolts that hold the skid plate on is also missing. And since the skid plate has to be removed to replace the oil filter element and Toyota of Panama City is the only place who ever performed this on my Tundra, I came to the conclusi... read more
