I must warn you that when you schedule an appointment for service, you will be contacted shortly after by a staff member wanting you to purchase a new car. I went for an appointment to have the air conditioner in my car fixed. When I pulled up to the service area, I informed the man on duty that I had no air conditioning and was there to get it fixed. The level of service at this dealership is like no other. My salesman, John Nicholson was top notch. I felt like he was on my side during the entire process. The most painless experience I have ever had in my life. Got a great deal on my trade in, got the price I wanted on my Tundra. The worst car buying experience after buying 10+ cars in the last 20 years. Went to purchase a car from Ga had the price agreed, the trade agreed, the deposit paid and then the dealer found another local buyer and decided to sell the car to them 2 days later. Told us we could buy it if it fell through. No codes of conduct or ethics. Worked with sales person Mike and his manager Shane. Clearly bird in the hand type of sales persons and with no customer care.
It's worth the two hour drive to go to a more professional dealership. Multiple issues in the past. Shoddy maintenance work, shitty customer service. Got a call from their online sales rep about trading in my lease. Told him it would be later in the year before it happened, was just looking at options online. Well he tries some bullshit pressure tactic to get me to come in today.
