Complete lack of customer service after the sale. That's bad business.
Make sure you check the DOT date stamp on your tire before you sign the contract. I bought a $30.000 trundra and the tires were 2years old. When I pointed it out to them they said there was nothing they could do. Their loss, I'm now in the market for a new car for my wife and it won't be a toyo.
