What more can I say service is excellent! I have been with Ford for forty years and I have never had a complaint with them.
I needed to get an affordable, reliable vehicle is a short amount of time. The salesman found me a vehicle, and came in on his day off to let me test drive it. They worked quickly to get me financed and I walked out of there with exactly what I needed. Thanks again for going above and beyond.

Great folks. Great service. Great new facility. Had some routine service done on my 2017 F150. Very satisfied!! Always a pleasure dealing with Toycen's.
I honestly have never been treated better at a dealership (specifically their service center) than I have been at Toycen Ford in Chippewa. I had to have a windshield wiper switch (known to be faulty in the 2011 edge) and the entire my ford sync system replaced. They got the parts ordered and an appointment set up within a few days. Much to my surprise when I picked up my vehicle, it had been through a car wash! I loved them in Bloomer and like their new and closer Chippewa location even better. Their customer service is great. They'll call you when they say they will and answer any questions. With every oil change, I received a free car wash. Nothing better than that--especially during salt season.
