RecommendedReally like my salesman Cale but I'm a bit partial there. Honestly whenever I come in there it feels like family and that is rare in a business these days. I have always been impressed with getting my vehicle serviced and so it was especially sweet to finally purchase a vehicle at Toycen's. You are obviously a business that cares about it's customers and it's employees. :)

We bought a Ford Explorer a few months ago and the buying experience was seamless. We have continued to have excellent service. I work in Chippewa and they have helped me immensely by coming and picking up the Explorer for general maintenance and dropping it back off after the service was complete. Being a busy mom and working I couldn’t be more thankful ! I highly recommend Toycen!

PSA: If you're looking for a trustworthy and reliable dealership to buy a dependable vehicle from, you might NOT want to consider Toycen Ford - Chippewa Falls. I bought a 2011 GMC Terrain from Toycen 9 months ago and since then I have had to take the vehicle in for maintenance 4-5 times. (I feel like it's been so often that I can't even remember how many times it's been.)
