RecommendedDay 2 of our trip back from visiting my parents in Michigan, our 2018 Buick Encore started losing power and sluggish... we called ahead because they were in the next town on our route home. I had to buy a truck on short notice and was told to go see Gibby. I could not have been happier! There was no pressure and he worked to get the price to where I was happy. I had a problem less then a week after buy the truck and they took care of it for me. Best car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you Gibby and everyone else who helped!
Our truck broke down on vacation 200 miles from home. We called every shop in Chip Falls as they opened but everyone was too busy for us. The Ford dealership was last, opening at 9. Well, not only did they make time for us, they were able to do the repairs and get us back on our way. We could not be happier.
I will start this out by saying we have gone to toycen now around 5 times to have service done so I believe at this point I can say we have a good idea of how they handle things not 1 time but everytime. Lee in service is amazing he is so knowledgeable and always keeps you informed. He doesn't sugar coat anything or tip toe around the facts.
