RecommendedBy far my favorite apartment complex, and I have lived in several in various cities. Very reasonably priced! The staff is friendly, available and attentive. The complex is very quiet and I never hear my neighbors through the walls/floors. Dog-friendly community with our own private dog park and yearly "doggie dip" in the pool at the end of summer. Great location next to Sequiota park! Able to walk to several different restaurants!

I have recently moved into the apartment complex. This is my first time living alone and wasn't sure how I was going to like it. So far I love it, and the place is fantastic. I am super cleanly myself, and I appreciate how clean the entire complex feels. The grass is well taken care of, the apartments look great in general, the pavement and sidewalks are tidy, the flooring outside the rooms and in are great. The staff is super supportive when needed. I moved to Township 28 after having lived at Farmers Park for over two years. The studio floorplan appealed to me, as I travel frequently and enjoyed the cheaper (per-month, not necessarily per-square-foot) rent and the smaller, more efficient space. The complex itself, amenities and staff are wonderful. We are here for a few weeks, waiting on the Verandas to be ready to move in. We immediately felt at home, and love the area. Everyone is so friendly! We will be sad to go!
I love my apartment! John and Greg are the friendliest management team who have worked patiently with me as I looked for a new home after the recent flooding here in Springfield. I have enjoyed their commitment to ensuring I feel at home here, and assisting me with the moving-in process. I am glad to live in a residence where management is accessible, kind, and willing to even make a delicious smoothie for you!
