I have been fighting with the lady who runs the Somersworth one about how overpriced they are compared to everybody around they're usually $40 to 70 cents a gallon more and she told me I was locked in for the lower price never got locked in kept having to pay over $4 a gallon and she said I was locked in at 299 to make up for what was never given and then this winter I have one of their delivery guys tell me I had to salt and sand my driveway and I said how about if you get in the driveway and not try to walk up my grass and... read more
Way overpriced. Charging $1.60 more per gallon than others in the area.
Avoid this company like the plague. They were great when they first put in my propane tank and for my first oil fill up. Have done nothing but try to screw me over since then. Will do anything to charge market price instead of contracted prices. First strike was when I only had so many gallons left on my oil contract and they came and completely filled my tank resulting in the gallons that were over the contract being charged at market price. Talk about a company that just does not care!!! Had a tech at my house yesterday to work on the boiler, was here for 4 hours, today it has a code and is not working. Also requested an oil delivery but the light fluffy snow was apparently to much to deal with for the driver so no delivery. OK my bad, but no call. Nothing! Pathetic!!!
Been told 3 times in the last 6 months that I would "Get a call from the service department" only to never receive a call. You clearly can't count on these people to be competent, they only thing they are prompt with is sending you the bill.
