Way overpriced. Charging $1.60 more per gallon than others in the area.
Avoid this company like the plague. They were great when they first put in my propane tank and for my first oil fill up. Have done nothing but try to screw me over since then. Will do anything to charge market price instead of contracted prices. First strike was when I only had so many gallons left on my oil contract and they came and completely filled my tank resulting in the gallons that were over the contract being charged at market price. Talk about a company that just does not care!!! Had a tech at my house yesterday to work on the boiler, was here for 4 hours, today it has a code and is not working. Also requested an oil delivery but the light fluffy snow was apparently to much to deal with for the driver so no delivery. OK my bad, but no call. Nothing! Pathetic!!!
Been told 3 times in the last 6 months that I would "Get a call from the service department" only to never receive a call. You clearly can't count on these people to be competent, they only thing they are prompt with is sending you the bill.
Please keep in mind, I am not an account holder with this company. I am simply a resident that rents and my landlords use this company. I had the company come out in regards to fixing the water heater for my apartment after eight days of not having hot water because they kept saying the part didn’t come in, it got delayed, this and that come to find out they could’ve just replaced the water heater which the landlord was more than willing to do and it would’ve fixed the problem immediately rather than waiting eight days.
