Dr towne is great. However, at the visit i was told they would call the prescription in to walmart for my sick daughter. Well they never called my childs prescription in. So who will be up all night with a sick child...me!!!
Dr. Towns is a very nice Doctor. I wish I could have kept our son at his office, but this office is poorly run. On a Friday afternoon our son had been running a fever over 103 and we called the office about 1:15. They told us a nurse would call us back soon. We never heard back from the nurse, and after 5 you are transferred to an outsourced nurse that will cost you \$11 a call. Our son ended up having to go CareNow on Friday night, and the ER on Saturday night with a right ear infection that brought his temperature up to 10... read more
I am a mother again after having only 1 son for 30 years. Boy did I need help! God Blessed me again by sending me to this doctor. He is an outstanding, understanding and very caring individual. A man of God and it shows. He is a phenomenal doctor that I find very easy and assuring to speak with. The staff at this facility is a model of what great customer/patient care should be.
