The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and feel more like neighbors instead of retail employees. We are new pool owners and they have done a lot to teach us about proper pool maintenance and help us fix serious issues. They were the go to folks for the previous owner of our pool and it's easy to see why. We can't recommend them highly enough. �

Place is amazing! Staff is incredible, and SO helpful! If you need anything as small as a bag of charcoal, or a brand new hot tub, they treat you like family. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Enjoy every visit. Informative on Hot tub chemicals, grills and accessories in both areas. The staff is knowledgeable, available but not pushy with purchases. David Townley is becoming a grilling expert and an accessible resource for cooking specialty meats. Great business to have in LR. Moreover, he is a local boy who risked all in service to our country. A WLR treasure.

Disappointed in service....We purchased a heater for our hot tub 2 1/2 years ago for a total expense of ~$500. (It had a one year warranty.) Then we spent ~$1,100 on a new control board three months ago. After the control board was installed our hot tub breakers started tripping and the jets and heater were not working properly. Waited two weeks for someone to come out and tell us the fairly new heater was bad and a new one would be another $500. Mary, thank you for expressing your feelings about your service. We did replace your heater 2.5 years ago and a control panel back in Feb of this year. That should not have any effect on the heater going out 3 months later. We keep our technicians factory trained to provide the best ownership experience possible. I am sorry that it took two weeks to complete, May/June can get very busy in the pool/spa business. I am happy that you have a working/heating hot tub and am sure you are looking forward to using it again soon!

I've had the vanguard for about two months now. I love it. There was some delay with delivery but installation was quick and professional and the staff of Townley were very courteous and professional. I really appreciated the follow up call about a week after delivery. I bought from Townley for the service and I am very satisfied.

David and his crew run a great operation. Not only do I have my own Hot Springs Spa, but as a contractor I have placed three of them for him in clients homes. I love all his new lifestyle toys as well. The grills, Yeti Gear and the BBQ stuff. Even learned how to do the best Brisket in town from his class.
