This place is awesome!!! Arkansas family run and the owner loves to help out. I get all my pool advice and my Big Green Egg stuff from here. I was struggling with my pool water balance and they literally cleared it up in just a few treatments. I had been going to some of their competition for months with little to no help. I really appreciate these guys cause they actually care!!!
We recently purchased our 2nd Hot Springs Spa from Townley. They are always friendly and helpful, and truly try to recommend the best product for you. Dana and David are great as well as the other staff members.They know most of their customers by name. We also have a pool and they help us with the chemicals, suggestions and what is needed as well. And we love their Eggfest in the fall!
After 10 years we wore out our first hot tub. We knew what to look for and found more than expected. The tub has many great features and is well made. My husband and I moved the tub to the deck and had water flowing in minutes. The textured surface is great slip prevention. We also went for the lid lift and handrail. Reality says we could manage without but not many years down the road help will be necessary, so we went for it and already glad we did! We are new to Townley Pool and Spa, but not new to hot tubs. This is by far the best service we have ever had from any of our previous dealers. From show room help in choosing the right size spa for our needs, to delivery and set-up, to after care in making sure our water is balanced just right.... I could not have asked for better. It is great to walk in and they call us by name. That shows that they care!
