I have wanted a hot tub for years. Have friends that recommended Townley ...and I totally agree! Helpful and patient. Dana and David do a great job educating and finding the right tub to fit your needs. The installation was a breeze and the installer stood in the pouring down rain explaining the setup ! I have been a Townley customer since 1999. The support and advice they have given me over that time has been excellent. It is nice to walk in and be greeted by name. The advice and quality supplies I get from Townley minimize the amount of time I spend maintaining the pool and spa, and maximize time spent relaxing in them. Wow! David Townley makes things happen like you just would not believe!!! Customer Service like you have never seen in any type of business is what you'll find here. He got me all set up with a BGE for the bf's birthday in just minutes & even delivered it right away! Plus they give back to the Arkansas Food Bank which is near & dear to my family. Can't be beat!
They are friendly and helpful and always willing to answer all my questions as a new pool owner learning how to care for a pool. They are not pushy to sell their maintenance service but are very helpful to the do-it-yourselfer.
