Shana is always professional and kind. She's very efficient, and always makes the appointment go smoothly. Dr. Hoellrich was also very kind.
My 8 year old daughter went to Grandview Dental Care for the first time today. We just moved to Ohio and needed to establish a new dentist. While I had to work, I was a little hesitant about my husband taking her for the first visit. No Worries!! My daughter loved Kay, dental hygenist, and the doctor. It is always so pleasant to come to our appointments here. The staff is so friendly and the hygienist is always kind and remembers us from our last visit which is a nice touch!
By far, the best dental team around!!!! No judgements and always treated like their only patient:)
My tooth extraction was absolutely painless. Got same day appointment according to my schedule. Front desk staff very helpful, and my dental assistant also was respectful.

From the minute you walk in the door a person could not ask for a more enjoyable dentist visit! I know, it sounds funny, but it sure helps to always be greeted with a warm enthusiastic smile and "hello" and then depart to "have a great day" and know the staff you are talking with means what they are saying. Couldn't be happier than to call this staff "the best".
