I had a new Dental Technician today, and as always, she was excellent. All Doctor Thompson's tech's are superb!
I was in for a routine cleaning and x-rays at Grandview Dental and what's also routine is the pleasant and respectful way the dentists, technicians and staff treat me and my family. They are the absolutely most professional and courteous team I've ever associated with. Kudos!
Shana always does a fantastic job, all of the employees are friendly and the dentists always make you feel comfortable. Its not like your typical dentist practice. Keep up the great work.
Today's visit was great! Wish I could say the same thing about my weak teeth! Ha! Have to have some old crowns redone. Bah! Stacia was very supportive to me as we talked at the front desk after my cleaning. MH
I was nervous about going to a new dentist, especially after having been a bit lapsed in my regimes. But from the front desk to the dreaded dentist chair it was as delightful as it could be! Misty at the front desk was nice and welcoming. Julie, my hygienist (hope that is the correct title) , was wonderful. She explained everything she was about to do and why it was being done. I believe I had the best experience a person could have while visiting the dentist.
As usual it was great. Kay is thorough but gentle and Dr Chitkara is wonderful. The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks! See you in 6 months!
We are a new family to Grandview Dental. We can not say enough about the professional atmosphere and the general kindness of the entire staff. Dr. H is wonderful with our kids! Our hygienist was amazing and so patient and kind with our kids. The cleaning process was gentle and each of my boys really enjoyed the process!
Excellent customer service! I have never been so excited to be in a dentist before. I love how clean my teeth are!
