Decent place. Little old but rooms are comfy and the staff is awesome. Very friendly amd clean property.

The room layout/furniture is lacking. The fold out couch bed is not comfortable. There is a lot of open space on the room, yet there if a lack of places to put luggage/items. The closet is only accessible from the bathroom, so it wasn't as helpful (6 females in one suite). They could definitely add counter space and even a nice chair to make the room more enjoyable. The TV was also smaller than most. The staff, though, was great. Location was convenient for our trip.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite earlier this week for $192 at TownePlace Suites in DeSoto. My reservation confirmation showed a 2 bedroom suite with Bedroom 1 having 1 queen bed, Bedroom 2 having 1 queen bed, and a sofa bed. When I arrived to check in, I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes while the employee working the desk was on a personal phone call. The call was loud and she was getting all the tea. Manger up front is always nice, staff are always dressed professionally and clean all staff members smile and greet you as you walk by. Room are clean from bedroom to bathrooms, brunch and coffee in the lobby is hot and forfilling. They have a nice market downstairs and the pool and gym always clean as well and functioning. Great roadside stop if you need to rest and refresh.
