Building management as well as staff in Towne Terrace East are unable to deal with the multiple problems in the building, including the mice problem in units, the elevators that constantly break down trapping people inside and leaks in major building pipes. The front desk people are disrespectful with tenants and are unwilling to help tenants with their issues.
