Janelle was super helpful finding us the perfect graduation gift—something we could do a speciality engraving on. It turned out perfect. She was especially helpful in assisting us to transfer a graphic to her engraving system. Janelle was a delight to work with!
This was the fourth place I have been to to replace my watch battery. The lady who waited on me -- I'm sorry I didnt catch her name -- not only replaced my battery but she repaired what other places had damaged attempting to put the battery in. Excellent customer service and would highly recommend.
Their knowledge & expertise made it a pleasure to do business there. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. We had a custom ring made & it is beautiful! We will definitely be return customers!
