Hope you don't want your deposit back. They take a "mandatory cleaning fee" out of your deposit (not on the lease agreement) without even checking to see if your apartment was clean first. It is "standard procedure" as the front desk lady said, but is not written in writing. Bring this issue up to them sternly before starting a lease. Other than that, the property is fine. Good value for the area.

Verified Renter Office staff is amazing, however you might as well fix everything yourself, take out your trash by yourself even tho you pay for valet trash pick up because those workers are to lazy to do their jobs.
